Reservations

If our tour dates do not suit you, or you are interested in a different route!

Prices for tours on other dates are the same as posted in the details of each tour, depending on the number of people involved. If you are interested in other dates, please contact us so that we can look for other people interested in doing the same route on the dates you requested!

What the tour price includes

The price of our tours includes accomodation in comfortable hotels, cabins or camping (any days of camping are specified in the itinerary of each tour), all meals, transport, and the services of the guide(s).

The single supplement provides a single room on specific days of tours, as some lodges may be heavily booked. If you request a single room, we will check availability, and let you know as soon as we receive confirmation. If a single room is not requested prior to the tour, it may not be possible to arrange it during the trip itself, but we will do our best!

The tour price does not include: alcoholic beverages, snacks, optional excursions, telephone calls, laundry, room service, any type of insurance, or any other items of a personal nature.

Reservations

Reservations for tours require a deposit of 20% of the cost, of which US$ 100.00 or € 80.00 is non-refundable. As tour prices depend on the number of participants, deposits are paid based on the lowest price detailed for that trip.

The cost of bank transfers must be covered by the client, so this must be added to the 20% deposit.

Refunds for canceled reservations vary according to whether the cancellation is made more than:

  • 8 weeks before the tour: the deposit (less the non-refundable US$ 100.00) and any other payment already made are refundable.
  • 4 weeks before the tour: 50% of the deposit plus any other payment already made are refundable.
  • 2 weeks before the tour: the deposit is not refundable, but any other payment already made is refundable.

Payment

An invoice with the final tour price, depending on the number of participants at that point, will be emailed approximately 4 weeks before the tour. Payment must be made at least two weeks before the tour, in US dollars or Euros by cheque money order or bank transfer. Bank transfer costs must be covered by the client, and so must be added to the price of the tour. If the number of participants increases during the final 4 weeks before tour, a refund will be made to participants that have paid in advance.
